From a young age Mike grew up in the restaurant industry and always knew he wanted to be a restaurateur.
After leaving high school Mike completed his Chef apprenticeship and worked at various restaurants until 2004 when Mike opened his very own Mike’s Grill Sylvania.
Serving large portions, value for money, steaks cooked to perfection, jumbo sized schnitzels, club favourites like Chicken Boscaiola, Parmy’s & Ribs. Mike’s Grill has become a local favourite among many.
With over 20 years’ experience, providing excellent hospitality, you’ll quite often see Mike out on the dining room floor having a chat with customers checking to see everyone is enjoying their experience at any one of Mike’s venues.
